ClipUtil - v1.5 - 144K   I often need to convert many numbers from one base to another (ie. hex to decimal). So, I wrote a utility that monitors the clipboard and attempts to convert any numbers that are placed on the clipboard. It was pretty easy, and I found many other things I could do rather easily. So, now it can show images, keep a scrolling, dated history of the clipboard, etc.
